The Safety Check Valve is located between the Pumping and the Stuffing Box.
In the event the Polished Rod breaks, the Safety Check Valve will automatically
close off, eliminating the possibility of oil and salt water spillage escaping
through the Stuffing Box. The Safety Check Valve should be installed on wells
located in sensitive areas such as those near residences, watersheds, creeks,
rivers, lakes, roads and highways.
